This email came from a recent graduate of Integrity Coaching:

Just wanted to put down how much I benefited from the Integrity Coaching Program. I've been a manager for a little under 3 years now, and as the the old saying goes, just because you were a good salesperson, doesn't mean you will make a good manager. Integrity coaching has helped me to approach my AE's from a different perspective and to become a leader as well as a manager.

Case in point, I manage a woman who is still relatively new to sales, and was very fragile when she first started. She is smart and with it in every sense, but lacked that confidence it took to push things to their potential and beyond. When we first began working together, I explained to her that she knew more about cable than any of the folks she would be calling on from day one. Cable sales can be very educational in its pitch. Long story short, we got to a point where she was doing well, and I would tell her she was, "doing a good job." However, it wasn't until our coaching sessions, when we got to the core of what she enjoyed about her work, and I was able to give specific praise instead of my general appreciation before.

She is doing better than ever, and I feel much more in tune with her progress. I really feel like we not just making her better for this year, but for the long run as well.

Change is exciting to me and for me. Ron Willingham provided the theory, the ideas, and the methods that have transformed my performance and established a thinking process about the intended goals and the means to achieve those goals with integrity.

From the Best Seller to Integrity Selling to Integrity Systems and now Integrity Solutions, the relationship premise of selling myself and my products has remained as the foundation. The methods and resources have kept pace with and embraced new technologies, thus providing vitality in the midst of a perpetually changing work world.

From a quick read of the new web site, the new direction maintains the well established selling and life principles while providing new patterns of application.

Best Wishes to All on the Integrity Solutions Leadership Team!

Here is an email that we recently received from a credit union client that participated in both Integrity Selling and Integrity Coaching...

"I have enjoyed the Integrity sessions from beginning to end. In "Selling" I enjoyed learning about the different behavior styles and I have shared them with everyone I know - including my adult children and my sister and brothers. It works on all levels of our life - on and off the job. Amazing....eye opening....life changing stuff.

However, my passion is for the "Coaching". I love seeing that look on the faces of those I coach.....you know, their eyes light up with hope and promise when they realize that "this is not the end of my story but only the beginning of infinite adventures yet to come. " (Smile) "High Expectations"...."I believe in You".

Please don't stop what you do.......by training one person, you truly are making a positive change to a multitude."

Our principles and processes really reasonate with people! I received this e-mail from a participant in the Integrity Service (soon to be Integrity Selling for Service Personnel), who just completed follow up session number one:

"Thanks Mark. I am really impressed with your course. I have attended similar seminars in the past and they did not compare to what you offer. You make it very interactive ( and my doer side appreciates how you keep on schedule and facilitate).

"I am finding that the course is helping me with my personal relationships also.

"It should also make our (corporate) family work together with even more respect and courtesy.

Thank you."
